Just to make sure I understand, was the old console an original white Xbox 360 console, and Elite, or an Xbox 360 S console?

We always recommend using the power supply that was designed for that style of console. For example: You can't use an Xbox 360 S power supply with an Xbox 360 E console.

So if your old Xbox 360 console is not an Xbox 360 S console, we suggest
not using the power supply from your new Xbox 360 S console with it.

It looks like if even after you have already gone through that troubleshooting and you still have no display, The only other thing left to do would be to get the console Serviced. Unfortunately, you won't be able to go through Xbox Support as they won't
take anymore Xbox 360 consoles anymore.

You can always look into a possible replacement for the console as well.

Hello! I think there can be some issues when trying to use more than 2 USB ports at once but it can be done. Rock Band made a USB hub and that might be your best solution. You can find them used for a fairly cheap.
