Xbox 360 console not working

This morning I tried turning on my xbox 360 and I saw that I needed to reconnect my controller. However, my xbox 360 won't allow me to connect my controller. The button on the controller is working however the connection button on the console itself is
not working. I unplugged the console to see if that solved the issue however now the power button on the console isn't lighting up but the console is still turning on as normal. I even tried replacing the batteries in the controller and nothing has solved
the issue. Is this an internal issue with the console that I have to get repaired or am I able to fix it myself? If so, how?

Yes they do certainly lock the console if you don't pay each month. That's the point of being held to a contract console. If you need assistance with changing the card on file or don't know the e-mail you used for the contract you'd need to
contact phone support for assistance and make sure to mention that you're on the
Entertainment for All plan.

The colour on the power supply is green, the actual power button though isn't displaying a colour, which usually lights up green

It could possibly be a problem with the vents on the console

There is probably a problem with the power supply too the console, if the color on the power supply is a different colour too normsl it means something is wrong and there is a fault.
