xbox 360 console concerns and questions need help

I bought my son a x box 360 from target last year for Christmas and for Christmas this year he got the new Lego Jurassic World game and Black Ops 3 but his lego game has a perfect circle that the console created and now his game and others don't work at
all what should I do? Please someone help me i am afraid he will need a new xbox and i cant afford one

Sorry to hear it. The circle scratch on a disc only happens when the console is moved or dropped while on and the disc is inside.

If the console is no longer reading any disc then perhaps your son has accidentally knocked it over harming the laser reader.

If this is the case your only option will be to either send it in for repair (which will cost if the console is no longer under warranty) or purchase a new one.

 

I put a parental control password on my xbox 360 and I forgot it and my security question what do I do to fix it
