Xbox 360 console cannot connect to Xbox Live

I am at a standstill.

I pass the Network and Internet tests. But I fail the Xbox Live test whether I am wired or wireless.

I have enabled the following ports on my router/modem:

88 UDP

3074 UDP &TCP

53 UDP & TCP

80 TCP

500 TCP

3544 UDP

4500 UDP

ISP: Cox

Router/Modem: Netgear AC1900 C6300 BD

Error Status Report:

W: 0000 - 0021

X: 0000 - F001

Y: 20A8 -4840

Z: 0000 - 0000

L: 8015 - 1925

Q: 8007 - 0435

T: Wireless (also Wired when I tried that method)

A: 192.168.0.4/255.255.255.0

G: 192.168.0.1

D: 68.105.28.11, 68.105.29.11

N: 8670CE

S: WPA2

C: 11

strange connection troubles

I'm having a strange problem ; when I connect my Xbox 360 to Xbox live but I do not sign in it will connect normally, but when I sign in it will disconnect and I cannot reconnect as long as I am signed in. When I sign out again it reconnects to Xbox live
again. My other console connects to the internet normally. is it a problem with my 360?

 

ok lets see here... have you tried connecting to another wifi and see if you can get onto xbox live?

have you tried having another xbox 360 or xbox one in the house and tried to connect to xbox live?

have you hit the actual reset button or put a paperclip into the router and reset the whole router with resetting up the wifi with COX?

what type of router do you have?

have you factory reset your xbox 360?

Do you have the same problem when you Open up the Xbox app on a windows 10 device when you check network activity via test connection to a Xbox one? (even if you don't have one in your house?)
