XBOX 360 CONSOLE BAN

Dear Microsoft

My name is William, I am almost 18 years of age. I have been a regular customer of xbox, Infact i even have the xbox one. which is great! (BTW)

Anyway I decided i thought i would play some classic old games on my 360. after doing this it turns out i was banned now i can remember as to why i was banned but the problem is the situation was out of my control.

I was playing call of duty when certain modifications had popped up on my screen, I am not sure what it was entirely, But when i tried to leave the game it wouldn't work. It would say this process is invalid or something, So i had to wait for the game to
end. So after doing this a couple of days later i found i had been banned, I am not sure exactly what did it or whether it was another situation with a sibling. But after 3 years of good customer satisfaction. i wanted to request a review on my situation,
Personally I have loved playing with xbox and the services are great. But it has upset me that there is no where to appeal or even explain what had happened to me. I would love to try some of the old cods online again on my 360 but i cannot due to the ban.
Please can someone contact me with information. I think i atleast deserve to be listened too.

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.
