    Xbox 360 Connects to Internet but not to Xbox Live


    Hello Together,

    i need some help. I´ve got an xbox 360 and a TP-Link Modem/Router. The xbox is connected via cable.

    Fist of all network connection and internet connection is working, xbox live connection doesn´t work.

    The error code... 8015190E

    W: 0000 - 000B

    X: 0000 - F001

    Y: 30A8 - 4840

    Z: 0000 - 0000

    ID: 0006 - 0000

    L: 8015 - 1004

    Q: 8015- 1004

    T: Wired

    A: 192.168.11.32/255.255.255.0

    G: 192.168.11.1

    D: 192.168.11.1/0.0.0.0

    That´s not really helpful I know, but just in case Iam missing some important informations....

    So now what I already tried do

    1. Checking the cable

    2. Disable Firewall on router

    3. deactivating/activating UPnP

    4. Clearing my cache three times

    5. Shut down Modem/Router for 5 min.

    6. Change to Wireless

    7. Reset factory network

    8. Check ping network

    I think I did every single step in the microsoft networkhelp service.

    Any suggestions what should be done to get the xbox live connection?

    Xbox 360 Internet connectivity Problem

    I am trying to connect my xbox 360 to xbox live. Before I install the new update, the xbox internet works fine. But, after the update my xbox either does not connect to the internet or it says that the xbox 360 will connect to the internet but, xbox live
    won't connect properly or something like that. I can only connect to the internet by using my laptop to share the connection. So does anyone have any idea to fix this? Thanks.

    My xbox live for 360 Has not been working since last night, I can connect to the internet but not Xbox Live and it says xbox live is working but it wont let me connect to Xbox live

    Sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing Xbox Live. Are you still having problems connecting?

    Since you've already tried clearing your cache three times, have you turned your console completely off and back on again? After doing that, we recommend that you
    re-download — not delete! — your profile. If you need help with that, please check out the troubleshooting article on how to Add or Remove an Xbox Profile
    on Xbox 360    .
