    Xbox 360 connection to Xbox Live Error Code 8015D002


    My daughter was having trouble signing in to Xbox Live so she asked me to help. I looked up the code online & followed the instructions to clear the cache. Now we can sign into my primary parent account but she still can't access her child account. She
    hasn't changed her password or any other profile info. What can we try next to get her account recognized again?

    Xbox 360 connection to Xbox Live Error Code 8015D002

    You have the correct email and password I assume , since you were able to sign in on Xbox.com? Delete the account, then use the "Account Recovery" option, found in the xbox live guide once you are signed out.
