    Dear Microsoft,

    I spent £349.99 to buy an Xbox One. I sold my Xbox 360 for £100 to save up for it, and get the next, up-to-date generation of console - yet you CAN'T fix it first?!

    They fix Xbox One first and put 360 to the side.

    Dead? Take the number of people still using the Xbox 360 and divide that by 3... thats how many people are on Xbox One. Look up the statistics yourself. There's a ton of more people on Xbox 360.

    And no, I'm not getting the Xbox One. Not for a while, because there are tons of games that are not compatible with the Xbox One. You guys have such a short list of games available compared to Xbox 360. Plus, the Xbox One isn't that much better than the
    360. Slightly better graphics and bigger hard drive. OOooo yeah let me bust out 400 bucks for that. No thanks.

    My point is, Xbox One was fixed after 4 hous. It's almost been 24 hours and Xbox 360 is still having issues. This is unacceptable, Sony doesn't treat their PS3 like it's dead.

    This is simply Microsoft trying to coax people into buying a the Xbox One. As if to say "Yeah, we fixed the Xbox One first because they're more important. Just another great reason to buy your Xbox One today"

    Sadly, this error code is not recognized by Microsoft. If you are having problems with connecting to Xbox live, then your internet is facing problems, your account has possibly been breached, or you have yet to update your 360. Your best bet is to contact
    Microsoft support in order to get this problem resolved, get your 360 fixed or buy a new one. Hope this information helps.

    I agree this is ridiculous. If they don't fix the xBox Live problems with xBox 360 then xBox 360 users should write and complain. And they aren't going to manipulate me into buying an xBox One. I'd rather go back to full PC gaming.

    ppl like this to get them to buy an xbox one you are *** stupid. Ever since the xbox one came out I have had nothing but problems with connection and sign in problems with my 360.
