Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? No

Any Error Codes you encounter: None

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Saunalahti/Elisa

Here is a video what happens for me:

I can't connect to internet on my Xbox360S and it doesn't give any error codes. I Have tried everything to fix it. I've check'd my router settings, Xbox settings, all firewall settings. I have cleared the cache, deleted my profiles, rebooted the router,
added my Xbox to DMZ, I tried Google's public DNS settings, tried to connect with my mobile network. I think I've tried like everything. Nothing works. It worked fine like a month ago.

I can see there that you have mentioned Wired as your method for connecting but you seem to be selecting the Wireless to connect. Could you try clicking the first option to connect showing the 'Adapter' Icon for Wired connections if you have not done so
already? You want to be able to test the connect through the Wired connection not the 'Wireless Bars Icon' one "Wired or wireless (for each console): Wired"

Also just a theory, could your Ethernet cable be faulty? I wouldn't have thought you could connect to wireless when a Ethernet Cable is plugged in but I could be wrong. There is no demonstration of testing Ethernet in that video. Have you tried connecing to
the Wireless without any Ethernet Cable plugged in?

This video isn't mine, but same thing happens for me. Same happens even when I click to test 'Wired' connection. I've tried to connect wireless without ethernet cable plugged in, doesnt work.. Not really sure, Cable would be faulty, but as in video it connects
to router, but not to internet and it doesn't work wireless either so I don't think another cable would help at all.

Still looking how to fix this.

 

Still can't connect to xbox live. Also because I tried everything including deleting profiles, now i cant even log into my profile because I cant download it back.

Could you access the Huawei B593 web-utility interface and make sure the MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit) is set to a value, higher than 1364.

Post back and let us know how that goes and we'll work from there.

 

Oh thank you very much! I didn't know that and value was set to 1280, I changed it to 1500 and now it's working. Thank you
