XBox 360 Connect Problems

Our Xbox has slowed down significantly in the past week, now to the point where we can't sign into Xbox Live at all. It'll let us into our profile after about 3minutes, but we can't access any of our apps. We've cleared our casche 10 times, taken out the
hard drive, started it, turned it off, put the hard drive back in, but the problem persists. Every other device on our internet runs without a hitch!

Xbox Live Connection Error

I am likewise having new problems connecting a 360 to Xbox Live via FIOS. My Xbox One consoles connect fine. My 360 used to connect without any problems. It's only since sometime last week that it can no longer connect. What gives?

Heya WeeklyCargo417!

To check, are you connecting your Xbox 360 wired or wireless? Also, can you give a quick network reset a try to see if that helps? To reset your network, first power down your Xbox 360, then unplug your network hardware for 30 seconds and reconnect.

Greetings! Our Xbox is wireless. We unplugged the router, wired, plugged back in. The result is error code 800705b4

Thanks for the info on that. Let's have you try
Clearing Xbox 360 Cache 3 times in a row, then re-download your Xbox Live account. Let's see if that helps clear this up.

We did that - now when we check the connection, it says we're connected to the Internet, but not to Xbox Live. It says to go to Xbox.com/connection-help, but that's not a page that exists anymore.

What a headache!

I have the same problem and i resolve using wifi connection and no Ethernet cable.

I think that all of you have a cable connection.

With wifi connection Xbox download 360 information, then you are able to download your 360 profile. Try more time if don't start immediatly.

But if you return to use Ethernet cable the problem come back and is not possible connect your profile to internet.

This have no sense, the Xbox one is connect, my Xbox 360 use an Ethernet connection and go online with no problem.

But my 360 profile on Xbox one need only a wifi connection??

I already explane this thing in this forum, but no one of ms support give me a response.

I got an Xbox one sitting right beside my Xbox 360 and they're both connected with an wired ethernet connection my Xbox one no problem connecting to Xbox live with the same gamer profile that won't connect on my Xbox 360 to Xbox live what the f*** is going

Same problem here, EXCEPT that my Xbox 360 is connected by cable. Unfortunately this is a server problem.
