Xbox 360 Component Cable displaying games Broken.

Here's my video that I uploaded so you could see what I mean.

I've tried displaying it with 2 different HDMI cables instead but neither give out signal to my TV. One HDMI cable let off sound but displayed a Black screen.

As you see in my video even the guide menu is messed up. (I've fixed that problem with just a simple console reset) but the games continue to display terrible. Even the avatars display glitchy in the dashboard. I've tried pretty much everything. I've tried
a different component cables and get the same result. I disconnected my Xbox and reconnected it, same result. Finally I plugged in a different Xbox 360 to see if the TV was the problem and that 360 displayed perfectly.

Now my question is, how do I fix this problem? Are their different solutions or methods I could try? Or will I need my console to be fixed? I don't mind spending some money so I could fix it up myself. Any help please?

    :)

hdtv 1080i but no hd cable on xbox360

You'll need either the Xbox 360 Component cable or a HDMI cable to get HD video out of your Xbox. It sounds like you're also experiencing input lag, which is a result of the TV taking too long to process the video before displaying it. Try turning off picture
and motion enhancers (e.g. edge enhancement, 120Hz motion, vibrant colour, etc.) to solve the problem.

    HDMI

You can use Component cables to do this. This is from the Elgato website:

Elgato Game Capture HD comes with a Component adapter. You will have to provide your own Xbox 360 component cable, made by Microsoft or another vendor.

The Xbox 360 shipped with Composite output cables, which work with Elgato Game Capture HD. You must install Elgato Game Capture HD 1.2 software (or above), to use Composite input with the Xbox 360.
