Xbox 360 compatible games on Xbox one 0x80070570

for the last two months I've been getting this error on my Xbox one with no help in site.

I've tried everything i could find in the forms and nothing helps. i.e restating, waiting xx minutes unplugged etc... what is going on with the free backward compatible games for gold?

start to download and immediately stops with this error code 0x80070570

Hi there,

you can Not move any 360 games from a xbox 360 to a Xbox One S.

The only option that works if that the 360 games are backwards compatible and you own the 360 games digitally or on disc, that will allow you to Download the 360 games on your Xbox One console.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. We recommend uninstall and reinstall the profile to your console. After you uninstall the profile, power cycle the console and when you turn it back on then download profile again.

Try clearing your local Xbox 360 storage on your Xbox One. This will make the console resync your profile for the Xbox 360 emulation.

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
   
   Note Pressing the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All settings.
4. Select System and then select Storage.
5. Select Clear local Xbox 360 storage.
6. Select Yes and restart the console. This will not affect your cloud saved games or Xbox One games and profiles

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this particular issue. If it's affecting your backwards compatible games and the steps previously posted haven't resolved that, then I would suggest trying this thing that we call a soft reset of your console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.
