    I bought a digital copy of gears of war 4 on my xb1 and it said I would get a message giving me the codes for gow, gow 2, gow 3 and judgement. However it has almost been a week now and I still haven't received any information. Is there anything I have to
    do to get the codes... etc?

    Gear of war 4 ultimate edition no codes for the old gears

    I've buy Gears of War 4 digitally on the Xbox Live store on 9/10/16. I have not yet received the codes for the Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection.

    I just want the Gears of War collection that I could have gotten on day one if I had just bought a physical copy of the game

    Are you using computer or the console ? Gears of war classic collection you got by buying gears of war 4 are unplayable on the computer, you can only play on the xbox one or xbox 360.

    GOW 1,2,3, JUDGEMENT codes do not show up in windows 10

    You would have received the correct codes. As it states in the game's description: For a limited time, purchase and redeem your copy of Gears of War 4 and get the entore Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One!

    So the codes are meant for console use not, Windows use. Gears 4 is the only one that's available in the Windows Store, so there would not be a way to download the 360 collection through Windows.
