    Xbox 360 code on Xbox one redeeming issues


    I recently recieved a code for an xbox 360 game as a gift.

    I do not own an Xbox 360, but an xbox one. I attempted to redeem the code, on my xbox one, but when I did, it told me I was too young to redeem it. My xbox privacy and safety settings allow me to download, purchase, and play mature rated games. The game
    im trying to redeem is rated T for Teen.

    This issue makes no sense to me and i would appreciate some assistance.

    additional info:

    game: Iron Brigade (Xbox 360)

    Im using an xbox one all digital edition

    Before trying to redeem it on the console, I attempted redeeming it on a web browser not on the console. It told me I had to redeem it on my console, and when I did, the above issue occured.

    I have a prepaid code for Halo: Reach and when trying to redeem the code it doesn't work.

    They haven't implemented the Xbox 360 codes in on Xbox one. redeem the code on online on xbox.com or on 360.

    I am not sure which console you are trying to redeem this code on, so here is some information about how to redeem codes on Xbox 360 and Xbox One:

    Redeem a code on an Xbox 360:

    Settings> Account> Memberships

    Redeem a code on an Xbox One:

    Settings> All settings> Subscriptions> Extend your subscription> Redeem a code

    redeemed battlefield 4 battlepack codes but not recieving anything in game

    Same issue here. I redeemed a Gold Battlepack code on this website and it didn't work. I redeemed a bronze battlepack code ingame and it worked just fine. I think Palamino might be correct in thinking that the code was applied to xbox 360 through this website
    and not xbox one.
