[Xbox 360] "Can't download Just Cause 2"

i don't have any subscriptions, the dashboard version is 2.0.17559.0, my sibling plays on the console, but rarely.

1. May we know if you already have played Just Cause 2 before you experience an error downloading it?
   
2. May we know if you have purchased the game on your or someone else's Xbox account or was it bought as a gift?
   
3. Do you happen to install other games aside from Just Cause 2?
   
4. If your siblings will use the Xbox 360, do they have the same error for downloading the game?
   
5. Did you try to contact the game publisher? SQUARE ENIX GLOBAL (square-enix.com)

To start, please provide us information/answer on the following questions:

1. What type of subscription do you have?
   
2. What is the OS Version of your Console? To check, kindly follow the steps below:
   
   • Go to the Settings hub.
     
   • Select the System tile.
     
   • Select Console Settings.
     
   • Highlighting System info will show you the current settings for the Dashboard and IP address.
     
   • Your OS version is the number listed after the Dashboard heading in the grey pane to the right of the Console Settings menu.
     
3. Do you have anyone playing with Console other than you?

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that Just Cause 2 is only able to download to 79% on your Xbox 360. This is a known issue with Xbox 360 games at the moment. We are investigating the issue, and we ask that everyone please remain
patient while we resolve it. There are some instances in which we have seen some troubleshooting steps resolve the issue. The option that resolved the issue for some people is

resetting your Xbox 360's network settings to factory default. After the reset, go ahead and try installing the game again. Be sure to let us know the results!
