XBOX 360: Cant download games, after finishing 79%

That can be a sign of a region issue, but you would need to make sure your account region is set correctly, not just the console region. For region locked games your account region has to match your physical location. You can verify the region your account
is set to at http://commerce.microsoft.com If your account region is wrong, you would need to migrate your account region at http://live.xbox.com/accountmigration

Not all games are region locked which is why you can download some games without issue.

i did check my purchase history, all games menitoned above are there with status comlepeted. I tried all mentioned in your links -

allready did all from link 1.

I tried to download Conan game from online xbox store via Download to xbox 360 link. Nothing worked.

Today I tried to reinstal Xbox 360 updates, with router reset, all I got is 79%. I checked my region, im pretty sure I got it set right - Czech Republic (český) When I tried to migrate my account region to Czech Rep,
it didt work, I think cause I was allready there. Can I found somewhere, if these 3 games (TR underword, TR: Legend and Conan) are region locked? When I tried to get game Kameo: Elements of Power and Witcher 2, Assassins of Kings from Xbox online store, it
said its not for my region. So I cant understand, when I bought games via xbox store in console, it should be for my region and working fine.

I just solved my problem today! As last option, I took my xbox to my workplace, so I tried to connect to different Internet provider and it works! All 3 games are downloaded and I can play them now (I hope I can do it, all are now in my games list, didnt
run it yet, dont want to do it in my work )

Thanks for your update. Something you could try is using a USB Storage Drive or External Hard Drive and installing the game to that, if it installs fine the, your hard drive could be damaged or malfunctioning. For more information on using external USB device
