Xbox 360 can't connect to Live

We're using an Xbox 360, can connect to the wifi, but cannot connect to Live. The connection has been down for two days now. When testing connection, it says the network and internet are fine, but the Live connection is down. I've tried a hard reset, I've
reset the network to factory defaults multiple times. I was on xbox support chat for an hour yesterday, and the technician couldn't figure out what was wrong - she did say that there didn't appear to be anything wrong with my account itself (frozen, etc.).
When I first try to sign in, it gives me the error code 8015190e. Searching that code gives me these options:

• There's a temporary problem with the Xbox Live service.
• Your Xbox Live account has been temporarily blocked because the system detected suspicious activity.
  
• The profile stored on your Xbox 360 console is corrupt.
• Another profile has signed in

-the only problem with Live service right now is with downloads and purchasing, which shouldn't affect my ability to log in;

-my account COULD be blocked, except the technician yesterday said it looked fine, and I haven't gotten any emails about this;

-I actually deleted my main profile during one attempt to fix this, and I also cleared the system cache for my storage several times. There appear to be no corrupt files or profiles on my xbox

-I have no idea how another profile could be signed in without me knowing.

I'm getting really frustrated as I've exhausted all online troubleshooting guides I can find. Any suggestions?

HEELLPP!!!!! I am trying to connect to my xbox live while playing Lego Indiana Jones for the 360 one

I have been trying to connect to xbox live while playing a 360 game on my one, as I mentioned above the game was Lego Indy for the 360. It says it can't connect to live but IM SIGNED INTO LIVE ON MY XBOX ONE PROFILE. Which is on the same console I'm trying
to connect to 360 live on. T.T can't connect my behind. T.T Please Help Me!
