Xbox 360 can't connect to live

For some reason my 360 can't connect to xbox live. I've gone up to solution 8 for error code 80151911 and it still wont work. The whole xbox is loading things very slowly too. I can connect to live on my xbox one, but not my 360, so it definetly has nothing
to do with my account.

I have been trying to connect to xbox live while playing a 360 game on my one, as I mentioned above the game was Lego Indy for the 360. It says it can't connect to live but IM SIGNED INTO LIVE ON MY XBOX ONE PROFILE. Which is on the same console I'm trying
to connect to 360 live on. T.T can't connect my behind. T.T Please Help Me!

This was the link that the agent in the xbox support chat sent me to. We got all the way up to solution 8 and nothing even worked

same issue here, went through almost all the "suggestions" and nothing. the darned thing worked two days ago!!!

 

I haven't been able to log in 2 days now. I went through all the troubleshooting with support chat. This was no help they said it was my isp. I am a network admin and a software engineer. I can see in the tracert the trace is getting hung up at ntwk.msn.net.
What are we paying for if the network keeps going down.

 

I'm having the same issues and support was no help they ended up telling me to send my 360 in lol. So basicly both of my 360s and everyone elses all broke at the same time please. I agree with CodeAssassins why am I paying 60 bucks a year to have a game
system I can play online with maybe three fourths of a year with all the issues.

 

For some reason i was able to connect to live while using a hard drive that barely worked 2 years ago but works fine now. So i guess if i move all the files from the other hard drive then everything will work!
