    I have 20 euro in my microsoft account, but cant buy anything.

    I am trying to buy a game pack

    When I go to confirm purchase (via browser), it says "You have no valid payment options on file."

    Please help

    The website has not been updated to use the new currency system. You'll need to make the purchase on the console in order to use the currency in your account.

    When my kid tries to do this, the prices show up as GBP (however his credit is in Euro) and there is no option to pay with his credit.

    from Sign in to your Microsoft account there is GB and IE with GB coming up as the default. Those this mean my region is GB? If so do I need to change it to IE to get access to EUR credit?

    How do I do this?

    If it's showing 2 different regions then yes you would need to change it to IE. I'm not sure if that means you'll need to migrate your region or if it's just something billing can change though. You'll want to contact support to see if it's something they
    can switch for you.
