Xbox 360 can't be added to my Devices

    Xbox 360 can't be added to my Devices


    Yes, I know that this question have come up a lot, and I've even tried out the suggested to manually update it before searching online for an answer.

    However, despite adding the serial number manually I keep getting the message that my serial number isn't recognized. I have tried with and without the space and on no less than six different Xbox 360s (five Xbox 360 Pro and the Halo Special Edition), all from 2006 and 2007 (Halo and one Pro).

    They all go online without any issue, are fully updated with the most recent patch from Xbox Live, and I've been logged into them as well using the same account. My Xbox One is showing up fine - but is also newer.

    Is it just that the old consoles can't be registered anymore?

    Yes, sorry that the text is in Danish; typing the serial number (both copied from my Excel sheet and manually typed in) in the Serial Number form, tick off the box and press Bekræft (Confirm).

    Then after some work getting this text:

    The title says "We could not recognize this serial number".

    Microsoft no longer supports the Xbox 360 console. That definitely why the serial number is not recognised by the website. There is nothing you can do, as Microsoft no longer repair or replace them if the console gets broken.

    He knows i don't know all the tech tricks and said it would be easier access. Which is why I try Google and here lol. Well looks like I'll be restricting him from my games. Much appreciated
