    Xbox 360 cannot verify Live Connection


    Hi!
    We r experiencing 2 issues with our Xbox 360:

    1) 4009 0000 0080 0300 8007 0570 We cannot download an update cause the system cannot verify the connection to Xbox Live The code of condition is above. The Internet connection does works!
    2) The 2nd issue (THE CRUCIAL!) we cannot set up a Xbox 360 Profile cause the system reads neither the hard disc nor any external memory devices.

    Please help us ASAP!

    xbox 360e has tested positive for xbox live connection, but cannot sign in. any ideas?

    Unable to load Fortnite

    Hi,

    We had a power outage and today we cannot load Fortnite. We get error messages about losing internet connection but this isn't correct as all our other devices still have wireless connection. The latest error message says Xbox Live Purchase Check Failure.
    Unable to verify purchase with Xbox Live service; purchased content may be temporarily unavailable. Xbox Live Error code 0x80190191.

    Hey there. You may be able to fix both of these issues by clearing your cache. On your dashboard, go right to Settings, then System, Storage, and press the Y button on your controller. Select Clear System Cache, and then confirm. Do this 2 more times, then
    turn off your console, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.

    Is Xbox Live still supported on Xbox 360?

    The 360 still uses Xbox Live services and check your internet connection through settings then system setting and network setting from there go to Test Xbox Live Connection to verify if the network connectivity is working properly.
