Xbox 360 broken and unfixable so far

One morning about 2 weeks ago, I went to play my Xbox 360 and I turned it on. There was no video going to the screen at all and when I tried to connect a controller, it just looked like when you are trying to connect a controller that isn't synced to the
Xbox. Mine was. I tried it with a wired controller and plugged it in, and for a moment it lit up, but turned off and didn't work. In short, I can turn my xbox on, but there is no video for it at all and I cannot connect any controllers to it. Please help me

How many xbox's do you have?

There is seriously no point in owning a second operational xbox 360 beyond the first. It is just a huge waste of money, but whatever, I've done some money wasting in my life too.

The only time I will buy a second 360 is if my first one is broken and unfixable. I do hope my first 360 lasts forever, because it has Original Xbox DLC on it that can never ever be redownloaded, since the Original Xbox servers were shut down.

 

Can I Use a Slim Wireless Network Card as a Wireless Adapter for a Phat Console?

@prideloss i dont think its changing hardware. yes i opened the slim because the dvd drive was broken and it is now completely useless since i *** up the soldering with the board. yes that i did (try) to switch out the hardware for that but the wireless
network card is different case in my opinion because im taking it out of an unfixable xbox 360 slim and using it to try to connect to xbox live by using it as an external wireless adapter.

 

Remove your HDD, try booting it up with that. Remove all accessories and USB devices. If it boots up, reconnect them one by one until you find out which one caused it. Reset your video settings as well

 

The company I sent my Xbox 360 too to fix, they did everything you just mentioned, which is why I think its and internal problem, and I don't want to open it.

 

What do you mean the company you sent it to? If the console was sent to someone other than Microsoft themselves then we can help you no further. Only the official Xbox repair service can repair your console.

If you had sent it to them they would have repaired the console and/or sent you a refurbished one that works.

 

"It's an internal problem" is what technicians say when they don't know what's wrong. They don't have the proper software or hardware to diagnose issues with the Xbox 360. If anyone has opened your console, then Microsoft won't service it and you're out
of luck. Try the steps I mentioned. If it doesn't boot with nothing connected to it, then your console is broken and cannot be repaired by normal means. If it has been opened, then you're on your own in terms of repair.
