XBOX 360.. being kicked out of COD when beating other players...

call of duty on the 360 side of it is toast, nothing but cheaters, your IP can be seen by anyone when you join a peer to peer game and they most likely use that to ddos you. microsoft cannot see this therefore cannot do anything about it as it happens through the internet not on their service, besides cods servers are with activision and they have long abandoned the old cods and rarely do anything about the servers.

you could try a vpn which will hide your ip (which is a public address and freely available on any service)

Wow have temper tantrums much? Good thing I have Sunset Overdrive, COD: AW, The Evil Within and many other games to pass the time until they fix a game that I played and beat when they originally came out on Xbox and Xbox 360.

You can report & block this person but as ddos attacks are done via your broadband/internet & not xbox live then you would need to contact your isp as it's down to them to resolve.
