    Xbox 360 BC games are having sign in issues


    It says can't connect to Xbox Live service for me and this is only happening with backwards compatible games, the Xbox One games are working just perfectly fine

    The only solution to this issue I have seen is to sign online with your account in an xbox 360 (any xbox 360 will do)

    After that you will not have issues with purchasing xbox 360 bc games from xbox one

    You would need to be signed into live

    I guess this issue regards xbxo 360 games with BC. To download 360 xbox BC games from your xbox one console you should have a valid method of payment (like a credit card) linked with your account.
