    I have a Xbox 360 for a long time. Recently I'm trying play new games, but doesn't work. I can't use the xbox live and make a console update. I try the download update in my computer. But the Xbox don't update. The code error says I'm banned. I really
    sad. Please help me. I did not do anything wrong.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    whenever a console is banned if won't be able to connect again to Xbox Live, there is no way around it.

    If your account is banned then it's banned from xbox live,not just the xbox 360.

    You wont be able to use it on any xbox live services.

    Hi, the ban only affects the actual console that was banned, you could buy another xbox 360 or indeed the xbox one without risk of the ban carrying over to the new console.

    If your Xbox 360 was bought used its a possibility the console was banned and there isn't a way to un-ban the console .
