    XBox 360 Banned by Enforcement for No Reason


    I have an Xbox One and an Xbox 360. When I purchased my Xbox One I put my Xbox 360 away. Over the past couple of days I decided to dust off the 360 and play some old games. I found that my Xbox Gold membership was not working for the Xbox 360, even when
    I signed my account out on the Xbox One. After further investigation I found that my Xbox Gold had expired but what was more troubling is I found that my Xbox 360 had been banned in March 2016 at 7:58am (a time I would never be playing). I found this very
    surprising as I rarely play online and when I do i never speak with any other player, therefore haven't had any altercations online that would result in the ban. I contacted Xbox support and was told they have little access to the details of a banned device
    and that the only way to contact Xbox enforcement is to post on the forums. Supposedly a moderator may pull this and be able to enlighten me as to why a device that has been sitting in my closet for a long time has been banned.

    Perhaps the activation of the Xbox One with my gamertag/gold membership resulted in the ban on the 360? Support said that i should be able to use the Gold membership on either device as long as it was only one at a time.

    Any help information would be greatly appreciated.

    Banned and cant dispute as dont know why

    I have been told by Xbox live agent via chat that my console is banned from all live features, I have no reason why, no clue what we have done, just been told banned for life, tried to contact enforcement team but no joy, ban doesn't show up on enforcement
    page either, anybody help me please,

    I have been console banned for no reason

    My console has been banned for no reason. Ive recently arrived home after 3 months away and come back to see that my xbox has been console banned, I have contacted the xbox live team by phone and they were unable to give me contact details for the enforcement
    team. Can anyone help or get me into contact with the enforcement team ?

    Random Console Ban

    Chech https://enforcement.xbox.com for the ban-reason and ways to possibly lift the ban. The enforcement team usually doesn't ban people/consoles for no reason. Either someone reported you or the enforcement team noticed stuff.

    There's nothing about bans or any other enforcement actions we at xbox ambassadors can do.

    @onyxishere There is no reason given as to why a console ban is enforced. As the enforcement page states:

    "To protect the Xbox service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about specific console bans"

    Enforcement Website     and sign in with the suspended account, where you will then be able to view the reason and duration of your suspension.
