Xbox 360 Backwards compatability problem

I'm trying to play Battlefield Bad Company 2 on my Xbox One. I have gold a gold account but when I'm in the game it says I have a silver account and don't have permission to access Xbox live functionality. I don't have a clue what to do, I've signed in and
out multiple times and reset my console twice now.

Not Earning Achievements

Have you already earned the achievements on Xbox 360? If you have they carry over to Backwards Compatability

Are you still experiencing issues playing Battlefield Bad Company 2 on your Xbox One? I can see you mentioned signing in and out and hard resetting your console. One thing you'll want to try is clearing your local storage from your Xbox One.

• Open the Xbox Guide
• Scroll down to Settings
• Select All Settings
• Go to System
• Select Storage
• Select "Clear local Xbox 360 storage"
• Choose "Yes"

This will make your console restart so be aware of that. It's totally normal! Hopefully that does the trick for you so let us know either way.
