Xbox 360 Avatar Awards Menu Not Working

When I try to access my Avatar Awards it gives me a menu that just says "Introducing Awards: Look for opportunities on Xbox 360 to earn unique avatar clothes, accessories, and props. Avatar awards are given for completing a variety of goals." There's a large green check mark and when I press it, it just brings me back to the avatar editor menu. My profile and the awards are on the same storage device, and I can view my awarded items in the storage settings but I am unable to even access the menu in the avatar editor.

Edit: I can access my unlocked items on other profiles, it's just this specific profile that doesn't seem to be able to work.

Are all available updates (like the marketplace and the app itself) are downloaded?

I found online something you can try:

Go to System > Memory. Select your device and scroll down to "Avatar Editor".

Select it find like "Avatar Cache" or something similar.

Delete it and go and to the avatar screen.

You have to connect to Xbox Live and update your avatar awards. Just select 'Avatar Awards' in the avatar menu, and it should update your stuff.

Pretty much the same for me, I've now got 2 different avatars one on the 360 with my avatar awards and one on the Xbox One refusing to update, I can't change the Xbox One version as the avatar awards are missing.

Yeah I enjoyed the xbox avatar awards from xbox 360, I wish the would have added it for the new avatars.

I have all of my previously earned avatar awards from 360 games available to me on my avatar editor app. The awards are linked to the gamertag, not the console.
