xbox 360 asks for zip code

I'm trying to enter my billing info into my Xbox 360 but it keeps asking me for my state and zip code but I live in Canada. I've tried everything changing the locale, changing the region, and I've even added my billing info on the Xbox website which did
work but every time i try to buy something on the Xbox 360 it asks me to enter my billing info which I cant do.how can i fix this?

Cant purchase anything

When it asks for Address, zip code, city etc my zip code doesn't match up with the city I live in (Crawfordville & 32327) even though EVERYTHING else that gets sent to me has that city matched up with that zip code. I checked a few other sources and they
all said Crawfordville's postal code was 32327. What do I do/ is there anything I can do?

 

Cannot use my reedem code

Hello, so recently I moved Xbox 360 accounts and I redeemed a code I bought from Game and after this it started to ask for my information such as State, Zip, etc, etc. Only problem is I live in the United Kingdom and Xbox is thinking I am American, any solutions
not involving me throwing me Xbox out the window?

here?

Also on your Xbox 360 console, is it currently set to the
region that you're located in?

Lastly to make sure, do you happen to notice this issue after you clear your systems
cache?
