Xbox 360 Arcade saves on Xbox One

Is it possible to transfer the save files over from 360 to One so that I don't have to start my games (such as Banjo-Kazooie) all over again? The only thing that seems to transfer is the achievements from each game. But even those show as locked from within
the game menu (though are unlocked in the achievements app).

Another thing I've noticed is that the gamer pics unlock as soon as you load the game up. I know it doesn't use a lot of info, but do they actually get stored on the Xbox One's hard drive? Is there a way to delete them specifically?

can't install Sam & Max Save the World

I have exactly the same issue. There is no option to install it even though I own the 360 Arcade version of Sam&Max Save the World. Interesting enough, if you search on Xbox.com for "Sam&Max Save the World", two versions show up. One under Xbox one results,
and the other under Xbox 360 results. The link under Xbox One has an Xbox 360 banner and goes to some game bundle and the link under Xbox 360 goes to the Arcade version.

Hi, yes you can transfer the saves from the xbox 360, but you have to use an xbox 360 to do it. You just have to move your saves to the cloud, then the games will be able to continue using that save on the xbox one. Another thing to note, you have to be
using the same account on both xbox one, and 360 to do this.

 

Hey there, zebatov! The only way to get your saves moved over to your Xbox One is if you move those saves to the Cloud Saves on your Xbox 360. If you no longer have your console to be able to do that, you will need to start your games over.

Additionally, content that is loaded from the 360 games is saved to the Xbox One, however there is no way to clear only that specific data. The system automatically sets aside a portion of the hard drive for 360 games, and that is where the information is
saved. You would need to clear all 360 information in order to clear these items.

What about DLC, such as expansions (Gears of War series etc)? Same process?

 

DLC you own can be downloaded from the Xbox One by going to my games and apps, moving to the game you have the dlc for, then press menu on the controller, select manage game, and any dlc will show next to your game, select which dlc you want to install,
and start the download.

 

It does depend on what game version you have, too. If you have everything digitally, it should all be ready to play once you download the game on your console. But if you have serious issues with it, we want to know about that. Please post back if you
do have issues that you can't find a solution for!

 

I will give it a try and let you know either way. Shame you can't individually delete useless items that just burn storage space.
