Xbox 360 Arcade buzzing

For about a year now when I play a game, especially a more recent game, my Xbox 360 Arcade, which I have had for 5 years makes a loud buzzing noise that borders on distracting and I fear damage to my discs, though I haven't seen any yet. I do know that a
year or so ago, my copy of Halo: Reach that I bought used on Amazon , the center disintegrated in the disc drive and it ruined my Halo3 disc and my Modern warfare 3 disc and two copies of Black Ops II, though it hasn't hurt any games since. 4 discs out of
the 30 I own. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I know it's annoying, and the fear of damage is annoying. I just want to to go back to it's normal noise levels, or find out for certain it needs replacing. Thanks.

buzzing noise...

Have you checked the power brick for buzzing? My Xbox 360 250GB Slim has a slight buzzing from the power supply occasionally.

hmm ok because i just swapped my xbox 360 s and there is a slight buzzing noise is this normal?

 

hi. if it is a vibration of the disc running then it should be fine (Includes buzzing) although if you can try putting it on a different suffice and see if it stops it a little
