Xbox 360 apps and features dont work in Poland

we dont have cable here, only wifi. apps open but dont play any videos, including browser where you cant see anything including thumbnails...

only youtube plays videos (works flawlessly) , dailymotion, or any other app for videos wont play or show videos. i have installed more than 10 apps and wont work, including iheart radio where asks me a login!!! this is stupid because i can listen radio
on my laptop with same wifi and without any account, this because they (iheart) removed this feature... the account to listen music online.

even netflix im affraid to pay subscription if doesnt work. its insane and i feel this pure junk. maybe i will by a ps3... for sure works better these kind of things.

when you have a internet explorer with security issues every page you try to open, even if i insert in address the prefix https: (by default the s is missing because this is old ****) it also gives me error message of insecure page and even if i force to
go to address still works bad without proper size layout, thumbnails, everything. its kind of frustrating and i apologize in advance but i dont see the light in the end of the tunnel for this equipment. i also did full online update, but still nothing works.
popcorn also does not play, mainly all apps say the same, at this moment it doesnt work please check xbox.com/status

do i need to hack this or flash it somehow to make it work? or its really pure junk?!

I live in Poland. I bought box with gold membership card together with Xbox One concole last Sunday in Media Markt in Poland. Box is signed for Xbox 360. I've got Xbox One but stuff in shop told that it is no problem.
