XBOX 360 App Download Problem

Hi,

I've been trying for days to re-download the WWE App on my 360. My son deleted it.

Here's the problem:

I download it. I go in the app...click "Play Now." Gives me an error message saying it can't find a particular event I previously watched on the
WWE App.

Exit app....re-enter app.... "Play Now" is gone..."Download again" is visible.

I go to settings, Storage, Hard Drive, Games/Apps....It has the WWE listed there...but it has yellow circle with exclamation mark. When I enter folder there are 2 items: One says
"Unknown 360 Game" with a size of 0KB...the other is listed as
"WWE Title Update Cache" with a size of 75MB. The whole WWE app should have a size around 125MB. It won't let me delete either one.

If I shut down the xbox and restart and go to the games/apps on the hard drive...the WWE Icon is normal...the other yellow circle with Exclamation mark is gone. When I enter the WWE Folder....it only has listed the
"WWE Title Update Cache" with a size of 75MB. I can delete that one.

WWE app is still not in my apps. It continually does this every time I re-download it.

Have tried everything listed on XBOX support to try.

Have tried to talk with someone via chat...but never get through.

Anyone else ever experience this or have a solution?

Im also having this problem, went and downloaded the app on the 360 only problem is the app for the 360 is complete ***, doesn't even automatically switch episodes.

Hi Ellie,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. The yellow circle with ! is corrupt data. Basically will have to uninstall and reinstall it until it isn't corrupt. One way is to uninstall the app, power cycle the console by holding the power button on the
console itself and wait 30 seconds to turn back on. Once the console is back on, then try and reinstall the app.

Did not help.

when the “play now” link does appear...it references to a ppv event I previously watched & not the actual wwe network. It will not launch the wwe network. It only says it can’t load the event.

I'm sorry to hear that is happening. Since this is on an Xbox 360 I would recommend for you to go over our troubleshooting steps provided on our article:

'Xbox Live content won't download on your Xbox 360 console'

If neither of these solutions resolves the problem, look for app-specific information at

Xbox 360 Apps support.

You can try to download in web browser on your PC/Smartphone, or using xbox app, there's some problems when you can't download 360 games on your Xbox One
