Xbox 360 and Xbox One transferability

Is there a way we'll be able to have Advanced Warfare on both 360 and One without paying full retail for two separate discs. Like what they had with Ghosts last year? Or will the digital version be usable on both 360 and One?

hi

my son has been playing minecraft, saint row, far cry 4 etc in Xbox 360. is it possible to transfer the games to xbox one? minecraft is an online purchase. rest all the discs we bought from Game.

he doesnt want to upgrade to xbox one but ofcourse we are missing out the new features of xbox one and xbox 360 is getting out dated fast and would value for nothing soon.. ihave few consoles left like that and lying in the garage.. (ps2, xbox, psp etc)..

any advice on transferring the games would be helpful for me to decide on xbox one..

Do Xbox 360 achievements transfer to Xbox One?

Pardon my idiocy, and I know this has probably been brought up numerous times, but am I able to transfer my Xbox 360 achievements to Xbox One? With the same game of course.

I have BF4 and Titanfall with significant amounts of gamerscore attached to them for the 360, and I wanted to know if I bought them for XB1, I'd be able to transfer those achievements to my Xbox One?

Would game progress in general transfer as well? Like I'm pretty highly ranked in both BF4 and Titanfall for the 360, and was wondering if these would transfer as well. If not then fuck that lol

 

I spoke with Game today in the UK. They said that the digital version that was bundled with the Call of Duty Advanced Warfare: Limited Edition Xbox One Console would only work on the Xbox One - I thought that digital versions of Xbox One games do work if
Live account is shared between consoles??

 

I have the same question. I downloaded the pro version of aw on the one thinking i would get the free version for the 360 but its unclear but i don't think you do and i'm a little upset about that cause you cant get the pre order bonuses on the 360.

 

The call of duty website basically shows that it is 360 to One only. You cannot buy on the One and get the 360 version. Same on PlayStation. And you cannot currently pre-order on the 360. I had read some posts where people had talked with MS and was
told the 360 version would be available on the 4th but you would get the pre-order bonuses. Not sure if you would actually get the pre-order bonuses but you would miss out on the 3rd and the 2xp bonus. And Activision is saying it is a MS thing. Strange
considering it can already be purchased digitally on PS3.

Now, I have not called MS or Activision myself but a family member of mine did since he wanted to buy digitally for 360 and get the One version also. And he was told it would be available on 360 on the 4th without the pre-order bonuses. Activision basically
told him the same and that it was up to MS.

The only place I have seen to order digitally for the 360 is Gamestop here. Why would Gamestop have a pre-order for this and not anywhere else (digitally). Amazon has every digital edition except on 360 as well. So Gamestop has the only digital version.
Maybe they have a deal with MS or something for this. And the only digital pre-order at Gamestop is the Basic. None of the other editions like Atlas Pro or Atlas Limited.

 

Gamestop will sometime list a 360 game as available to pre-order digitally but actually give you a code for $60 of MS credit and whatever pre-order bonus codes come with the pre-order but not the actually download code for the game. That could be what they
are doing with COD:AW.

 

If you buy the digital version on Xbox 360 there will be a free digital upgrade to the Xbox One
