    Hello:

    I have multiple issues using Xbox 360 and the Xbox One controllers together on Windows 10.

    Xbox 360 controller is connected wireless with the official Microsoft dongle.

    Xbox one controller is the ELITE version connected wireless with the oficial Microsoft dongle

    Issues:

    Cannot use both controllers at the same time. Trying to play coperative games but they do not work together. The ONE has to be turn off or viseversa to funtion.

    After the ONE goes to sleep do not reconnects to the dongle. I have to re start the PC.

    For some reason in third person games like Dead Rising 3, Quantum break and Devil May Cry the camera does not rotate while moving the character. Also when trying to aim guns the right analog just doesn't move.

    I get tired of this issues and decided to return the Elite an keep the previously functional 360 controller, but after uninstalling the Xbox One and Dongle drivers the Xbox 360 controller keeps the camera glitch.

    How to fix this issue now?

    Can both controllers work together??

    If don't I am returning the Elite, way to many issues.

    Does ANYONE at Xbox care about the useless wireless dongles they are selling?

    Hi,

    One possible reason as to why you're encountering issues with connecting the controller while streaming using the Xbox app on Windows 10 is due to an outdated device driver. Other reasons are corrupted profile data and compatibility issues with the controllers
    and your Windows 10 PC.

    We suggest checking if there are updates available for your Xbox controllers on Windows 10. Refer to

    How to update your Xbox One Controller on Windows     10 for the steps.

    Note: Make sure to restart your console and your Windows 10 PC after updating.

    Thank you very much for responding!

    The game does recognize the controller as an Xbox One controller in the options.

    I went to change the Alias value in the cfg file, when I changed it to the one you have there it reverted to the game reading the buttons wrong again. For example, Left Trigger and Right Trigger would rotate the camera, despite the key binds for camera movement being set to the Right Analog still.

    After Re-calibrating again it returned to the same rotating camera issues.

    And the value in the cfg had become : {90,91,88,89,41,40,32,33,65,64,56,57,3,1,0,2,4,49,8,5,48,9,7,6}

    I can try to create a test account as well, but wanted to respond with the above information right away.

    Hi,

    Sounds like a faulty controller to me. Especially if it used to work but now it doesn't and the fact that you've tried it on two different computer's.

    Downloading drivers won't help as there are no updated drivers. The drivers for the Xbox 360 controllers are built into Windows 10. There no issues with Xbox 360 controllers and Windows 10 to my knowledge.

    The only way for sure would be to try another Xbox 360 controller or a third party Xinput supported controller. Failing that an Xbox One or Series X|S controller.

    Hi Nagwal98,

    Thank you for the update. I believe the issue lies with using the Xbox One play and charge kit since I think it may only work properly with an Xbox One controller, not an Xbox 360 controller. This may be why the drivers did not install when you plugged it
    in. This is just speculation that the cable is not compatible with an Xbox 360 controller, but I recommend going to the store and getting another micro USB cable and try again.

    Even if the Xbox Accessories App for Windows 10 was available in your region, the app is not meant to configure an Xbox 360 controller since it's designed to manage devices for the Xbox One console. Windows 10 does have a controller calibration program to
    manage your Xbox 360 controller when connected. There are a number of steps so I recommend reading over this article on
