Xbox 360 and World of Tanks disconnects

I'm playing multiplayer WOTs on my 360 and I get kicked quit often, sometimes 4 & 5 times in an hour. Other times I can't log in. I also get disconnected from Xbox Live occasionally while in the game. I've spent multiple hours
trouble shooting but have yet to solve my problem. Where do I go for help ?

I play WoT on xbox 360. Since update 4.5(which is horrible) ive been having problems.

i test my xbox live connection, clear the system cache, dot my i's n cross my t's. then i go into games, open World of tanks, hit start, and then it signs me out of xbox live n refuses to let me reconnect, instead it prompts me to test my connection.

as soon as i exit the game, my xbox immediately reconnects to xbox live.

WHY IS WORLD OF TANKS BOOTING ME OFFLINE?

Hey I see your problem and Here's what I would do:

1.Disconnect your Modem for 30 seconds and Turn off console

2.Reconnect your modem and Power on your console and connect to xbox live and Check your service for errors.

If this doesn't work, Try:

Going to Xbox Live support and Contacting a Support employee and they can get your problem fixed and settled in.

 

Sound like an NAT issue.

Can you refer to this guide and see if it resolves your issue?

 

I've left a message with Support outlining my problem but have yet to see a response.

I've looked through the NAT issue and it appears to be a bit complex, probably over my head. But doesn't that apply to multiple user problems where more that one user is attempting to use the system ? which I don't have.

If you are having trouble joining online games on your Xbox 360, or if you can’t hear other players in games you’ve joined, you may have a Network Address Translation problem.

The NAT on an Xbox 360 is set to open, moderate, or strict. The latter two NATs limit the connections that your Xbox 360 can make with other consoles on the network: Moderate NATs can connect only with consoles using moderate and open NATs, and strict NATs
can connect only with consoles using open NATs. The bottom line is that you want an open NAT setting in order to connect with other players smoothly.

Just turn on your Xbox 360 console, go to the "Settings" Hub on the far right, then select the "System" tile in the upper left, and then "Network Settings". Choose your appropriate connection type (wired or wireless), and then do a network test to Xbox Live.

If you have a NAT problem, you’ll see a yellow exclamation point and text reading 'Your NAT type is set to [Strict or Moderate].'
