Xbox 360 and One USB formatting... NTSF?

I was wondering if either the Xbox 360 or the Xbox One have their USB discs formatted in an ntsf format.

My current computing devices are MacIntosh and an Android, and neither have ntsf native.

There's a chance ntsf might be used in Xbox either the 360 or the one but that would be a coincidence.

So can an Xbox 360 on Xbox One, either natively or through a third party app, format a usb flash stick, or, with the correct adapters, an SD card or a SATA hard drive, in NTSF format.

I currently have my highest Windows as Windows XP, and would prefer not to go higher if I could help it.

Still doesn't answer the question of whether or not an Xbox One or an Xbox 360 can format a disc into ntsf or not.

The Xbox will format any media you want to use with it to its own format

Windows XP can read NTFS.

The problem is I didn't buy a PC operating system for my Macintosh. If this is going to be kind of important how do I add a PC operating systems in existing Mac do I just buy used on eBay and that gets me the license?

If not then how does one format an ntsf disc if one doesn't have Windows but one has a Macintosh and Android and an Xbox One ? (And a 360 a couple of Nintendo systems too but I doubt Nintendo would use ntsf.)

I'm specifically looking for ntsf so that movie files don't get interrupted in the middle.

You can use parallels or bootcamp too

the xbox formats to ex-fat, it can read and write to ntfs, fat32 and ex-fat. plenty of free apps available on mac to format external drives to ntfs though.
