xBox 360 and OG xBox Games won't launch on my Series X

I wish to see all the OG XBOX OG XBOX 360 Games Fully Loaded on XBOX SERIES Consoles and wish to Be Partership SEGA ?

Not going to happen.The backwards compatibility program ended in 2021 so no more og xbox/360 games will be made playable on the series x/s.

The couldn't make all games backwards compatible due to technical & licensing issues.

sorry for the late replay. I was one of the few lucky ones receiving an Halo Infinitie Limited Edition Series X that arrived today I wanted to wait to dismiss any hardware issue. Long Story short, even the new Series X won't launch andy xBox 360 games!

I tried Perfekt Dark, Perfekt Dark Zero, Zuma, Mirrors Edge. All with the same behaviour I resetted then the Halo Edition like you told me, still the issue. At the first launch of the game, there was for a very short time "Game has to be prepared, takes 1 - 2 minutes" It was only 5 Seconds and then, boom same issue

I'm getting upset and the feeling I'm not allowed to play 360 games on my Series X

Hi there Gamienator welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Try the following:

The first step in resetting an Xbox is to open the main menu. This can be accomplished in one of two ways:

Press the home button on your Xbox controller. This is the illuminated button with a stylized X that is centrally located on the front of the controller near the top.

Alternately, you can press the left bumper until you reach the home tab, and then press left on the d-pad.

Press down on the d-pad until you reach the gear icon.

Press the A button to select the gear icon.

With all settings highlighted, press the A button again to open the settings menu.

Press down on the d-pad until you reach System.

Press the A button to open the ​System submenu.

With console info highlighted, press the A button again.

Press down on the d-pad to select reset console.

Press the A button to select this option and move to the final step.

Press left on the d-pad to select Reset and keep my games & apps. Then press the A button. This is the less thorough of the two options, as it only resets the Xbox firmware and settings without touching your games and apps. Try this first, as it allows you to avoid downloading everything all over again.

I was finally able to get my old games running It was my own network!

I'm running a pihole and it blocked certain Microsoft Server, which lead into the xbox not able to download the neccessary files. After connecting my xBox to my phone via hotspot, clearing local xbox 360 files and rebooting everything worked

So guys, check your local network
