Discus and support XBOX 360 and EA Access - cannot access the EA Access! in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; We purchased a 12 month 360 gold membership with a 1 month free EA Access, but unable to access the EA Access as advertised.     XBOX 360 and EA Access - cannot access the EA Access!


    We purchased a 12 month 360 gold membership with a 1 month free EA Access, but unable to access the EA Access as advertised. Has anyone found a way around this please?

    The purchase was an online download, it was advertised as for both 360 and ONE consoles. But I have since found out that EA Access is basically just for ONE consoles. To use on a 360 would only allow further online EA Access on EA games we have already purchased.
    If that makes sense. Yet it was advertised as this and as we have found out, the purchase provides different access for each platform, not something that has been advertised. If it was advertised that way, we would have chosen a 14 month gold membership for
    the same price:

    EA Access is not available for the 360. So there would be no way to access it.

    What does the fifa 20 with ea access mean

    EA Access is a subscription by EA which gives you access to over 40 games to play, and trials of the latest EA Games. If you have EA Access, then you can purchase FIFA 20 at a discount price due to having the subscription.

    Why does one need Xbox Live Gold to play a Beta?

    Nearly all Xbox online games require GOLD, this is normal and expected behavior.

    Also note that if your playing through EA Access, you will find only the account that has EA Access will be able to play, it cannot be shared.
