Xbox 360 age verification

Discus and support Xbox 360 age verification in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I cannot log into my Xbox 360 because it requires age verification. This is a known Korea issue.     Xbox 360 age verification


    I cannot log into my Xbox 360 because it requires age verification. This is a known Korea issue. The problem is, I am not in Korea and do jot have a Korean phone in order to complete the age verification. Why does my account think I am in Korea? How do I circumvent this issue?

    Did you do a factory reset on the 360? You can get this changed by age verification process here.

    That's for age verification for using a Microsoft account. Changing the age of a Microsoft account does not change the age of an Xbox account.

    If you have access to an account, it sounds as though you may need to update your country/region. To do so, please view Update your Microsoft account country/region.

    Changing your date of birth using a credit card on account.microsoft.com does not change it on your Xbox account.

    It's not possible to change the age of an account once it has been created.
