    Xbox 360 - adn Games with Gold


    Hi - Anyone know why I would no longer have a Games with Gold time on my XBOX 360 console.

    It's logged in and connected to XBOX Live

    Valid account

    XBOX Gold membership still active, and working on XBOX One

    However I am unable to get the free game with XBOX 360.

    XBOX360 also no longer shows up as a device on my account

    There don't appear to be any updates to be applied to the console.

    Also unable to load the Microsoft account properly on the XBOX 360 - using the Browser on XBOX

    . No problems with doing it from XBOX One, or Windows Browser.

    Testing connection - everything connects OK, but on XBOX360 it reports service alert.

    Checking Live status from computer all services seem to be OK status.

    Is it just an issue playing the 360 Games with Gold titles on your 360, or are you also having trouble claiming them in the first place?

    When it comes to redeeming the games, I believe you need an active payment method / credit card on your account.

    If you have any achievements in a game you cannot delete it from your history. You cannot delete achievements at any point either.
