XBOX 360 Adding Gold

How long and how many people, Emails and all the rest will it take for me to get someone at Microsoft to add the points to my account? It seems to me that since the launch of Xbox One getting help with problems with 360 is feeling less important and
far longer to fix. What I want is to speak to a real manager because right now I am getting fed up and more than
[Mod Removed]. I guess we will see how much customer service counts to us non Xbox One owners.

1 Gold Account for the whole family

I don't have a 360 anymore, and don't have an Xbox One, but I would imagine that adding the account to console will automatically open up multiplayer to all users on the console.

if you are adding a second profile to your xbox 360 and the main profile has xbox live gold then from my understanding the seccond profile will have access to the same xbox live gold features as the main profile.

As far as I know you won't find anybody capable of helping you with the adding of points to your account problem here in the forums. It is something that has to be handled via Xbox Support, to get the Phone number for Xbox Support please go to this link:

I have been sent to one place then another with the same ending zero done 6 different people at Microsoft with 6 different reasons!!! Lets hear # 7 I been left twisting in the wind. so when is someone at Microsoft going to answer to the many thousands of
fed up customers that Huston we have a problem?
