Xbox 360 Achievements

Still waiting for an update on my lost achievements. Except now its been several several months and my previous posts to support are gone. I am not sure how I can play on one system for 10 plus years and 8 or 9 of them on a single profile. Lost all my Xbox
360 achievements. Told more than once it was a mistake and I should have lost anything and that I wasn't at fault for connecting online on an offline system of a couple years. Now I am getting no updates. Nothing has been done. And to be quite honest this
entire experience has ruined my go to and lifetime system. If no one can be bothered to give me an update on restoring my achievements on this post or via email. I can say I am done with Xbox and Microsoft. You can take my two xbox one consoles and my Xbox
X console back. I did nothing wrong yet get punished absurdly for something that is not my fault and not even given a chance to appeal it because I couldn't be told why I was suspended on live for the first time ever on my profile. Customer support just tells
me to post on these forums but no one responds except for one time many months ago. I have always been a fair and honest player but this ignore our dedicated customer and do nothing to solve a problem we wrongfully created on our end is straight up BS. You
have literally made my years and thousands upon thousands of hours of work disappear in a instance. Which compared to most profiles especially those that are achievement hunters miniscule but it was still my time and still all my work I put in. Fairly. The
hard way. I am beyond angry at this point. As far as I am concerned I will be telling every single gamer I know to avoid Xbox and all of Microsoft products until this is fixed.

Do achievements carry over from X360 for games on both X360 & X1?

Achievements don't really carry over, well they show up on the Xbox One along with your gamerscore but you can't play the same game on both consoles and share the achievements for that game on both systems... if that makes sense (not too sure how exactly to word that)...

It's sort of like the PC and Xbox 360 achievements (you could have played GTA IV on 360 and PC but they are 2 different sets of achievements even though those achievements are exactly the same).

If you put in the Xbox One version of a 360 game it will not connect the 2 games together, so they are 2 sets of separate achievements.

Have you checked to see if you have been issued a Gamerscore correction on your account at enforcement.xbox.com if that is the case it would be in enforcement's hands. They do not use the forums.

 

The problem started because I used the enforcement.xbox.com to ask why my account had been suspended for the first. They answered and closed the case. So I have no way to directly contact them or appeal anything. I was told over customer support
and on forums to use forums to make the achievement branch aware of this because as I was told I should have no lost of achievements and it was an issue on their end not mine.
