Xbox 360 Achievements removed and blocked unfairly

My Xbox 360 account was restricted a while ago.

My achievements were erased and I can no longer unlock any more.

I've tried to lodge case reviews several times but there is no option to do so and I have posted on the forums before with no response.

There has been suspicious activity on my account prior to receiving the enforcement notice, including a log in on my account in south america.

It is my belief that these breaches are the cause of the actions taken against my account.

I would like to have this looked in to and hopefully discuss the issue with someone who could remedy it as I don't want many many hours of hardwork to be taken away unfairly

since they were unfairly removed and I can not unlock new achievements

So in that case you probably already raised a case from your technical Xbox support?

I raised a case, but only the enforcement team can reinstate and/or unlock the achievements. I've talked to accounts achievement tech support but so far they can't do anything .
