Xbox 360 Achievements not updating + website bug

Hi

1) I have both Xbox One and Xbox 360 and, since getting an Xbox One, the achievements I get on 360 don't appear to be updating on my profile.

2) I cannot view achievement lists for 360 games on my profile on xbox.com - the links contain "/XboxOne/" in the URLs.

Side note: The box art for Tales Of The Borderlands on 360 shows a 'temporary image' (this game's achievements also haven't updated)

My game stats are not updating on all my games when I view them in the achievements section

It os a known ongoing bug that they still working on...sadly I have it too!!

Hey there, Lobo! If you are having any achievement issues, please check out
this sticky. There are 3 different phases, so please be sure to go through all of the steps carefully. If they don't seem to help you out, Phase 3 has a survey you can submit your issue through and then we can make sure that's sent to the appropriate people.

As for the box art, that is a known issue that we've been working on. Once it's resolved, you will see that it's updated on the site.

according to the trueachievements website the achievement game completed is bugged so its up to the developer to update the game to fix the issue

The Xbox One achievements are not currently viewable on the website. There will be an update to website coming soon.

Hey that is cool and yeah Microsoft need to addressing it. It is bugged as hell.

We happy that Gamerscore and Achievements is smooth and updated normally but not Achievements Progress as it is bugged. They need to patches it. Hopefully too.

Against the rules of LIVE to use them now but if LIVE for the 360 is ever closed down, what difference would it make.
