    Xbox 360 achievements not unlocking


    So a week ago I hooked up my 360 with my cousin and was playing black ops 2, we decided to go for the achievements in that game since we both like doing that and when we were doing a couple that we knew was what was needed to unlock them, it wouldn't unlock.
    I also tried to see if it was just the game so I went on Minecraft and tried getting the really easy achievements, they wouldn't unlock either, not even the Open Inventory one. I contacted support and they told me to come here with this reference code '1503914592'.
    Another thing to note is its only on my account and i'm not sure why, when going on another Xbox live account the achievement will unlock, yet on Xbox one i have no issues.

    Hi byNeizo,

    At any point in time did you unlock these achievements while offline on the Xbox 360?

    Achievements are synced over Xbox Live so if you unlocked achievements on the old Xbox 360 while offline, then your progress will not be reflected if you get a new console or on True Achievement website.

    360 achievements unlock on the console whether you have a live connection or not. Check your achievements and see if they have unlock dates. That will show whether the xbox servers are recognizing the unlock or not.

    I have the exact same issue. I can't unlock any achievements on Xbox One games. However I can unlock achievements on Xbox 360 backwards compatible games.
