    XBOX 360 Achievements not unlocking


    Hi, I hope you can help. Since the major issues with Xbox Live at the weekend I cannot unlock any achievements on Xbox 360 games through my Xbox One. I keep receiving different problems while playing also (Force Unleashed tells me I cant access my online
    cloud saves, I cant register my high scores on Hydro Thunder and AC Rogue tells me my profile isn't on internal storage)

    Can you advise what I can do about this as I these issues mean I currently cant use these games despite the premium I pay for the Xbox Live service. Any help would be appreciated.

    I look already on TA and that say i have not unlock achievements on my old 360 games, on xbox i cant delete games are on 0% in my achievement and i cant re unlock achievements on games i do achievements before, i can only unlock achievements on 360 games

    Hi byNeizo,

    At any point in time did you unlock these achievements while offline on the Xbox 360?

    Achievements are synced over Xbox Live so if you unlocked achievements on the old Xbox 360 while offline, then your progress will not be reflected if you get a new console or on True Achievement website.

    360 achievements unlock on the console whether you have a live connection or not. Check your achievements and see if they have unlock dates. That will show whether the xbox servers are recognizing the unlock or not.

    I have the exact same issue. I can't unlock any achievements on Xbox One games. However I can unlock achievements on Xbox 360 backwards compatible games.

    Hello! Of course! unlocked achievements are linked to your account, it does not matter if you unlock it on xbox one, xbox 360 or windows
