Xbox 360 Achievements not showing on XB1

I recently downloaded Saints Row 4 for XB1, as you probably know, it's backwards compatible as well.

However, when I'm playing the game, I'm getting achievements but their not showing up on my Xbox One feed and my gamerscore isn't going any higher.

Is there a way to transfer the data from the 360 over to my xb1 account so my achievements and data can show on it? Any help is appreciated.

Missing Achievements

Some achievements that I actually completed in game are not showing up properly on my profile either on the XBox web site or my 360. They are"

• Borderlands Pre-Sequel, all the Claptastic Voyage DLC achievements
• Tales from the Borderlands, final episode (all parts)

Both the web site and the game summary tiles on the 360 show these achievements as incomplete. Yet, if I click on the Pre-Sequel or TftB tiles on my 360, the missing completed achievements are showing correctly.

One of the support people suggested I delete and re-download my profile on the 360. However, I just got an XB1 and, when I downloaded my profile there for the first time, I found I still had the achievements missing.

Is there a fix for this at all, or will I just have to put up with my gamer score and completion summaries showing up incorrectly?

 

Xbox 360/one achievements/gamerscore not showing correctly

Maybe someone could shed some light on this issue as its a little bit annoying.

Recently I upgraded to XB1 from my old 360.

I setup the one and started using it. My 360 has been shelved as there wasn't much beyond Minecraft save games to transfer to the new system.

When I go to check my Gamerscore under the Achievements tab, it only shows what I've earned on the XB1.

On my Windows 10 pc Xbox app, it shows the correct Gamerscore on my profile picture tab, but again, only the XB1 scores on the Achievements tab.

The games from the 360 that aren't showing scores, are still showing that the achievements for those games were/are unlocked. Oddly there are no images display for those older unlocks, just black/gray field and says unlocked. The XB1 achievements show their
images however.

Lastly, one of the first games I installed on the XB1 was World of Tanks. When I started playing it after install, it went through a cycle for about 15 minutes of granting me the same achievements I had already unlocked on the 360. I assumed it was just
catching up and syncing the XB1 to my profile. Nothing else has synced with the 360 scores though. All my other scores from the old system are not showing on the Win10 app or my XB1 console except if I go to my profile tab and above my gamertag pic it shows
the score.

I've checked all the general privacy and security areas but nothing seems to be amiss. This has been going on since I got the new system which was well over a month ago so the 72 hour sync up isn't happening.

I don't play games offline, at least not since many years ago when the 360 was first purchased so it shouldn't be related to that side of things.

I have not installed any 360 games to the XB1 aside from WoT.

There aren't any I am really wanting to play to warrant installing them all again to the XB1, least of all just to carry scores over.

(Defiance is not backward compatible however and it still shows those achievements as unlocked despite no images of the actual achievement)

Sorry if this has been posted or beaten to death.

I have been playing the Rainbow Six Series (BC Versions) on my One and I noticed that when getting achievements in the games that the gamerscore is not updating immediately, however, once I exit the game and shutdown the gamerscore is updated. Did you happen
to check to see if that was the same for you?

 

I actually answered my question and figured it out for myself earlier today. Just like you said, it won't update immediately, it'll take a few seconds after you close the game then it'll update it.
