Xbox 360 Achievements not contributing to my Gamerscore

I noticed on my Xbox Live account, that my gamerscore has gone from well over 100,000 gamerscore to 15,790. That is due to all of my Xbox 360 Achievements not being counted, on my Xbox One achievement list, it says I am 0% progessed in all of my Xbox 360
games, whenever I click on the game, it will say for example on Halo Reach, the Achievement "A Monument to All of Your Sins" was unlocked on 5/24/11 and according to my account I don't have a single achievement unlocked for Halo Reach, and it does the same
to all of my Xbox 360 Games. Leading only my Xbox One games to be counted to my gamerscore, which is 15,790.

Fallout 4 achievement not contributing to total gamerscore

Yesterday, I unlocked the "Benevolent Leader" achievement in Fallout 4, but noticed that my total gamerscore was unchanged. The achievement itself seemed to pop up and work normally, otherwise. I unlocked another achievement more recently which did add to
my total score, making the issue a bit more confusing.

My gamerscore shows as 104,820, when it should be 104,840.

I'm guessing there must be some syncing issue, but I'm not sure if I should just wait longer, or if there is another problem.

 

Games for Windows Achievements not appearing on other devices

This is quite a long winded problem and request but I'll try my best to explain it well enough.

I've been playing Dark Souls on Games for Windows but after earning a couple of achievements, the achievements have stopped counting towards my Gamerscore on other devices such as the Xbox website, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

My Gamerscore is only updated on the Games for Windows interface accessed while playing the game, meaning the regular Games for Windows computer application/program still states my old Gamerscore.

On the majority of devices my Gamerscore reads 77969, saying I have only unlocked 2 achievements for Dark Souls. While on the Games for Windows interface while playing Dark Souls reads 77984 with 3 achievements unlocked. Meaning the the achievements I'm
unlocking on Dark Souls are only contributing to a Gamerscore only visible to myself, only while playing the game.

I contacted customer support and they sent me to the forums to get in contact with the Enforcement Team. Hopefully you'll be able to resolve my problem and have my achievements show to on all devices.

 

Sounds like you've had a Gamerscore reset for modded achievements.

When this happens you will not be able to re earn any reset achievements on that account again.

Xbox One achievements work differently & can't be modded which is why only your 360 Gamerscore was reset.

 

This has just happened to me?? I don't understand why. What are modded achievements? Years of my gaming has just been wiped? I understand it might not be important to some people but I loved unlocking achievements and adding to my score. How do I get this
fixed?

 

Nothing to fix.A Gamerscore reset is not something that is issued lightly & the enforcement team will only do it when they are 100% sure you have a modded Gamerscore.

Usually achievements are modded (unlocked) by using some sort of software or computer program
