Xbox 360 Achievements have been wiped from Xbox One

I have looked online for an answer to this problem for a few hours now and have tried signing in and out multiple times, restarting my Xbox One, removing and re-downloading my account onto my console, all of which have had no effect.

Before my achievements got wiped, I believe I had 128,000 GS approximately over the 8 years I've been playing on Xbox consoles. Now I only have 20,000 GS and that's all from Xbox One games. My Achievement App is showing that I have indeed played a bunch
of 360 games, but all are at 0% GS.

I don't know what to do, and any help would be much appreciated! For the record, my Gamertag is

this happened a few weeks ago now but thought it would sort it self out, even spoken to customer service and they didnt know.

the problem is the 360 achievements say unlocked but i dont have the gamerscore for them.

i cant seem to upload pics to this forum but you can check my achievements heres my GT - DemonicBladez

The only place to reach the Enforcement Team is through their website:

I have also just had this happen to me.......all of my 360 achievements have been completely wiped and all I have left are my Xbox One achievements. I did all of the troubleshooting that the 800 number has told me to do and nothing all they say is go to
the forums which of course has no answer....and no I have not cheated or modded in anyway...I went to the enforcement website for xbox and it says my rep is perfect so I don't know what to do now

 

^^ It sounds like your gamerscore got reset. Pleading your innocence here is pointless. You'll need to contact the enforcement team and ask them to open a review case. They don't wipe them out for nothing, so, odds are, you were naughty in the past.
